About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical leadership and develop your team to deliver excellent care
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders to drive forward innovation and improve patient outcomes
  • Liaise with General Practitioners, hospital and community specialists, and other agencies to ensure seamless care
  • Engage with the development of your Job Plan and contribute to the strategic direction of the department

Requirements

We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist who is eligible for entry onto the Specialist Register within six months of the interview date. You will have a CCT or an equivalent approved indicator of training, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality clinical care.
