Consultant Psychiatrist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our City East Community Mental Health Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients and carers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team and contribute to the development of our services. You will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership, developing your team, and providing advice to hospital and community specialists, managers, and directors on delivering excellent care and future strategic directions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients and carers
  • Provide excellent clinical leadership and develop your team
  • Offer expert advice on delivering excellent care and future strategic directions
  • Work collaboratively with hospital and community specialists, managers, and directors
What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits, including a £7,500 recruitment and retention premia, paid over 3 years, and a relocation package up to £8,000*. You will also have access to funds to support CPD/Study leave allowance (30 days over 3 years with a budget of £1000) and agile working with ICT support.
