About this Role
We are seeking a Youth Support Professional to join our team at a detached children's home in Brighton and Hove. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care, empowering children and young people to achieve remarkable progress. Promoting independence and life skills while prioritizing their safety and wellbeing is central to this role.

In collaboration with a dedicated home manager, you will work closely with a small group of up to 4 children or young people during overnight shifts. Training will be provided in therapeutic approaches and compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and make a positive impact on young lives. Estimated salary: £22,000-£28,000 per annum. Required skills and qualifications include experience working with children with special needs or in childcare, education, family support settings, and a Level 3 NVQ in health and social care desirable.
