About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Child Support Worker to join our team at a Children's home in Brighton and Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and care to children and young people who may have experienced challenging circumstances.
- Provide day-to-day support and care to children and young people
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure consistent support and care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
- 3-6 months' experience in Children's residential care
- Good observation and listening skills
- Organised and works well under pressure
