Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer contracts from inception to completion, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract execution and delivery.
  • Prepare and review contract documents, including proposals, agreements, and amendments.
  • Conduct thorough contract analysis and risk assessments to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to optimize business outcomes and minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in the electrical or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations, including the 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
