About the Role:

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing individual contracts to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  2. Developing and implementing contract strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  3. Ensuring compliance with client expectations, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Significant experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
  2. Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and contractors.
  3. Solid knowledge of building processes, including estimating, project management, and contract administration.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
Desirable:

We are looking for candidates with:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or business administration.
  2. Site Managers Safety Training Scheme certification, or equivalent.
  3. Experience in insured building repairs, with a strong understanding of the associated risks and challenges.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
