Job Description:
As a Contract Manager at Nova Artes Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of commercial gas maintenance contracts. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services to clients while ensuring adherence to strict regulations governing the gas industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Oversee and support a team of contract coordinators to meet service delivery demands and ensure efficient work processes.
- Provide timely and effective responses to maintain high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify and prioritize work streams to ensure completion within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support the Field Operations manager and contribute to the overall management of the business.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including the use of our job management system.
- Adopt and apply company escalation processes to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Manage your own workload and deliver high-quality results.
- Represent the company in client meetings and provide information to ensure correct staffing levels.
- Apply a visionary approach and strategic thought process to drive business growth.
- Create quotations based on site surveys and engineer information, ensuring effective communication with external stakeholders.
- Capture all revenue streams available and contribute to the day-to-day running of gas servicing and heating departments.
- Resolve technical problems, analyze data, and identify solutions to improve service delivery.
- Provide an investigatory role, responding to incidents, notices, concerns, and queries.
- Provide information and answer questions from engineers and clients.
- Maintain contract KPIs and quality standards by ensuring efficient and safe installation with a high-quality finish.
- Deliver a high-quality service to clients and their customers, demonstrating respect for individuals and meeting challenges presented.
Requirements:
- 5 years of industry experience, with 2 years at management level.
- Experience working in the Social Housing sector on commercial gas/renewable maintenance contracts.
- Supervisory experience and ability to work with residents and clients directly.
- A clean UK driving license and DBS check are required.
- Experience with contract tendering, mobilization, and delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft software.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize workload and use initiative at all times.
- General competence in the given trade, COCN1, CODNCO1, TCP1a.
