Job Description

About the Role:


The National Highways team is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Incident Resolution Specialist to join our Technology Operations Centre (TOC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incidents related to our Operational Technology roadside devices that operate and monitor the Strategic Road Network (SRN).


As an escalation point from our TOC Incident Analysts, you will support the management of our TOC service to achieve national standards. This includes collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve incidents within the TOC relating to Operational Technology roadside devices
  • Act as an escalation point for TOC Incident Analysts, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient incident resolution

Salary:


We offer a competitive salary ranging between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
