We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services to support our production lines and processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform a range of maintenance activities across the installed asset base, including root cause analysis and fault finding.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to improve performance and deliver site efficiency and performance standards.
  • Contribute to factory improvement projects and continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on processing equipment, including pipework, pumps, and silos.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and fault finding techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
  • Qualification to NVQ3/Level 3 standard or equivalent experience.
