As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician at Refresco, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our equipment is always in peak condition and that our production never skips a beat. You'll work closely with the Engineering Team Lead, taking responsibility for delivering a high-quality engineering service in support of the achievement of operational targets.

You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink's brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role:

  • Complete the full range of maintenance activities across the entire installed asset base within the area that you work.
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve both mechanical, electrical plus basic control & instrumentation faults.
  • Complete all work allocated to a high standard having the ability to complete all maintenance tasks across the installed asset base.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer (either biased) or a truly multi-skilled maintenance engineer. You'll be an experienced engineer with a minimum L3 engineering qualification or an apprenticeship-trained Engineer who can rapidly diagnose and resolve problems and lead maintenance and continuous improvement activity too.

Candidates from an FMCG/food background would be highly desirable, however, we will consider candidates from other backgrounds. Ex-military are welcome to apply.
