About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Milngavie Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, adapting to the needs of each individual
  • Be a positive role model, promoting a fun and engaging approach to learning
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for swimming and a love for teaching
