Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Milngavie Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with a confident and approachable manner, excellent communication skills, and a passion for swimming. You will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification and experience of working with people of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
- Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of swimming lessons
- Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities
