Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Milngavie Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons to customers
  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve lesson quality and customer satisfaction
  • Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities

Requirements:

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
