About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Milngavie Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
- Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
- Have a talent for teaching that meets people's individual needs
- Promote memberships by explaining the advantages that our facilities offer

As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of swimmers and gain experience in achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.
