Business Development Associate

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This role involves researching and identifying potential conferences, investigating market sectors and specialisms, and entering clear and concise data into our company-specific database.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate market sectors and specialisms across various cities and regions using online sources, search engines, and databases.
- Research, identify, and validate potential conferences, considering factors such as size, history, and frequency.
- Enter clear and concise data into our company-specific database, ensuring it is accessible and understandable.
- Regularly update and verify data, maintaining accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct productive outbound discovery calls and emails to potential UK/European and International Associations or local professionals.
- Support account managers to meet targets and KPIs, writing progress reports and fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Stay updated with international industry news.
Benefits include a salary range of £26,000-£29,000 per annum, performance-related bonus scheme, 28 days holiday (inclusive of public holidays), Health Cash Plan, sick pay, pension with contributions up to 7% dependent upon length of service, flexible work environment, and regular staff social events.
