Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Junior Account Manager to join our team as a key member of our Account Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date computer records to facilitate efficient client service delivery;
- Provide administrative support to a team of experienced Account Managers and Business Development Directors to drive business growth;
- Contribute to the onboarding process for new firms, including setting up IFA system/platform access;
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations & Compliance teams to ensure effective alignment and collaboration;
- Maintain own diary, scheduling regular follow-ups with clients and ensuring audit trails;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IFA firms across your panel of accounts;
- Stay informed about Tatton's proposition and processes to ensure seamless business flows across all firm accounts and product ranges;
- Support BDMs with the onboarding process for new firms and IFA system/platform access;
- Arrange daily IFA appointments to discuss Tatton's proposition, investment updates, and processes;
- Respond promptly to incoming queries, calls, and tasks managed by the TAM team, ensuring excellent support to all TIML accounts.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills;
- Show proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Possess high attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
