We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Listers Careers in Boston.

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:- Meet customers on arrival, providing them with a seamless service experience.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress, ensuring transparency and trust.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
