The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a key contact for several key accounts, you will lead and manage serviced office transactions, ensuring that flex solutions meet client needs, timescales, and budgets. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for selling additional Instant services to clients, while maintaining strong relationships and adhering to our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Client global account team to ensure the successful introduction, implementation, and ongoing delivery of contracts or services.
  • Manage client relationships, develop additional revenue streams, and retain accounts.
  • Recognize opportunities for selling additional services and support the coordination of them within our business.
  • Ensure timely completion of lease administration across a global portfolio.
  • Work with the Client Account Team to put together an ADP for each client.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure each client receives contracted services.
