Account Manager

At KONE, we're shaping the future of urban mobility. As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain industry relationships to maximize revenue and grow our customer base
- Understand customer needs to capitalize on lead opportunities, orders, and contracts
- Identify opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts
- Evaluate insights and conduct reports to make commercially savvy recommendations to management
- Maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proven success in account management, sales management, or business development role
- Lift industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels
- Proactive sales approach and customer focus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, PowerPoint
