Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain industry relationships to maximize revenue and grow our customer base
  • Understand customer needs to capitalize on lead opportunities, orders, and contracts
  • Identify opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts
  • Evaluate insights and conduct reports to make commercially savvy recommendations to management
  • Maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven success in account management, sales management, or business development role
  • Lift industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels
  • Proactive sales approach and customer focus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in reporting and must have an analytical mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, PowerPoint
