Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Hunter Dunning Ltd, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in the south of England.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on new build residential and mixed-use projects across RIBA Stages 0 – 5, with a focus on re-cladding of high-rise schemes. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for creating cost plans and estimates for residential projects, including re-cladding work and fire remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage cost plans for residential projects, including re-cladding work and fire remediation projects
  • Review and analyze main contractor tender submissions
  • Collaborate with a specialist team to deliver high-quality cost management services
  • Utilize industry-leading software, including Ms Office, Cost X, and Bluebeam
