Location: Sevenoaks

Salary: Up to £85,000 per year

About the Role:

Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer with numerous sites in Kent and East Sussex. The developer has pre-sold up to 80% of their properties before building.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects from inception to completion
* Work both in the office and on-site
* Ensure accurate cost management and budgeting
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders
* Oversee procurement and contract management

Requirements:

* Proven experience in residential development
* Experience working on the main contracting side is preferred
* Strong project management skills
* Valid driving licence
* Relevant qualifications and certifications
