About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on new build residential and mixed-use projects across RIBA Stages 0 – 5, with a focus on re-cladding of high-rise schemes. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for creating cost plans and estimates for residential projects, including re-cladding work and fire remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage cost plans for residential projects, including re-cladding work and fire remediation projects
- Review and analyze main contractor tender submissions
- Collaborate with a specialist team to deliver high-quality projects
- Utilize expertise in cladding remediation work and cost management software

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
