About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our Camden Integrated Community Healthcare team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our West Integrated Neighbourhood Team, you will provide nursing interventions to housebound patients, working closely with a skilled team of nurses to manage their care.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of new ways of working and progress your career. Our service is designed to deliver health interventions within the framework of the neighbourhood model, partnering with primary care providers and the local voluntary sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care for patients in a community setting
  • Working closely with the Band 7 Team Leader to review and manage a designated caseload of patients
  • Undertaking holistic assessments for complex patients, reviewing patient nursing care needs, and supporting junior members of staff

Salary: £52,800 - £69,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
