Job Title: Legal PA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal PA to join our Business Services department, supporting two partners. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diary and travel management, anticipating future demands and actions required
- Organising and planning meetings, coordinating agendas and papers, booking travel, and arranging equipment
- Managing workflow, making appropriate use of the secretarial team
- Acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues, dealing with and screening calls, delivering a positive client experience
- Assisting with client queries during fee earner absences, monitoring mailboxes, and forwarding emails as appropriate
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate will be familiar with the Firm's departments, key people, clients, internal systems, and procedures
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior team members
- Always seeks to provide an outstanding level of client service
- Team orientated personality, with the ability to work independently and with others
- Excellent problem-solving skills, using initiative, anticipating what is needed, and taking appropriate action
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Proven experience in a professional services firm, ideally with some experience in a law firm
