Insurance Reconciliation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Insurer Reconciliation to join our finance team on a fixed-term contract basis for 6 months. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations within our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize our client broking systems, including Acturis, Websure, SSP, and TAM, to perform weekly bank reconciliations on multiple broking systems.
- Conduct monthly Insurer Money and Client money calculations, as well as monthly Paper Bank Reconciliations.
- Investigate any unallocated and unidentified cash, and log any Breaches & Assist in Month End Reporting.
- Respond to email or telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business.
- Proven Excel skills and knowledge.
- Naturally keen to learn and progress, confident and passionate about accounts.
- Positive 'can do attitude' and natural problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative.
