Insurance Reconciliation Specialist

PIB Group is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our finance department on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, working closely with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who is eager to learn and progress in the world of finance. You will be using our client broking systems, performing weekly bank reconciliations, and investigating unallocated cash.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using Acturis, Websure, SSP, and TAM client broking systems
- Weekly bank reconciliations on multiple systems
- Monthly Insurer Money and Client money calculations
- Monthly Paper Bank Reconciliations
- Investigating unallocated and unidentified cash
- Logging Breaches and assisting in Month End Reporting
- Responding to email and telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business
Requirements:
- Proven Excel skills and knowledge
- Natural problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
