Purchase Ledger Clerk - 6 Months FTC

PIB Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide administrative support to our business operations, working closely with a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our client broking systems, including Acturis, Websure, SSP, and TAM, to perform weekly bank reconciliations and monthly insurer money and client money calculations.
  • Conduct monthly paper bank reconciliations and investigate any unallocated and unidentified cash.
  • Log breaches and assist in month-end reporting.
  • Respond to email and telephone queries from the finance team and wider business.
Requirements:
  • Proven Excel skills and knowledge.
  • Naturally keen to learn and progress, confident, and passionate about accounts.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
