Apollo Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Valuations Director to lead and grow our valuation team.

You will be responsible for developing and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including tax authorities and other business partners. As a senior member of our team, you will manage a portfolio of engagements and ensure timely completion and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tax authorities and other business partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of engagements and ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Support the Partner with project work, build excellent relationships, and initiate and deliver marketing and business development projects.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical valuation analyses for tax advice purposes.
  • Manage and develop a team of valuation professionals, providing coaching and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification, such as ACA, CTA, or ATT.
  • Significant valuation experience at a senior level gained within professional services.
  • Proficiency in a number of valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, and intangible asset valuation techniques.
  • Adept at interpreting financial statements in the context of valuations.
  • Strong business writing, analytical, and Excel modeling skills.
  • Proven track record in leadership, of managing and developing teams.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to build trust and respect amongst senior leadership team.
  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
