Property Valuation Specialist – Advantages

  • A competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 plus commission

The Property Valuation Specialist will play a crucial role, requiring a natural drive, determination, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Valuation Specialist:

  • Perform precise and thorough property valuations for residential real estate.
  • Follow up on all market appraisals and create new opportunities for additional instructions.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to help clients make informed choices.
  • Engage with vendors to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in marketing properties by creating floor plans and property descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements during the valuation process.

Required Experience for the Property Valuation Specialist:

  • Previous experience in estate agency, ideally as a Valuer, seeking the next career advancement.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse and busy workload.
