About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team at Foxtons, a leading estate agency in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, valuing and instructing properties for sale, and working closely with senior management on high-profile instructions.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver the highest level of service to all clients and set the standards for the rest of the team
* Develop, motivate, and train members of the team
* Increase market share and support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
* Conduct quality valuations and win instructions for sale
* Work closely with senior management on high-profile instructions and clients

About You

* You must have past or present experience renting or selling property in London, ideally in Central London
* You must have experience valuing and listing properties in London
* You must have the personality to self-motivate and desire to take on an exciting new challenge
* You must hold a full UK driving license (automatic or manual)
