We are looking for a highly motivated Specialist Care Assistant to provide top-notch support services in Plymouth.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver individualised support to people with varied needs.

  • Operate a manual vehicle if applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with service users.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Report any concerns or issues promptly.

Compensation Package:

  • £11.94 per hour (based on 30 hours/week), plus £70.47 sleep-in rate.
