Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the care team during shifts, ensuring residents receive the best possible care
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct clinical assessments, administer medication, and perform nursing tasks as required
  • Liaise with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to care
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, and dignity through excellent care standards
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with elderly residents, preferably in a nursing home setting
