Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and medical needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the care team during shifts, ensuring high standards of care are provided to residents
- Act as a person in charge, standing in for the Manager where required
- Mentor and motivate colleagues to ensure effective running of the home
- Champion residents' safety and dignity, driving continuous improvement within the service
- Undertake nursing tasks, including medication distribution, dressings, catheterisations, and management of chronic medical conditions
- Liaise with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to care and well-being
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work within a team as well as independently
- Be able to demonstrate initiative and be adaptive and flexible
- Experience working with the elderly
- Competitive salary of £18.50 per hour, with annual salary up to £42,328
