We are looking for a Hospitality Lead Specialist to join our team in one of our iconic venues. As a key member of our operations team, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

This is a predominantly Monday to Friday role with occasional weekends paid at time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays, with a salary of £29,500 plus overtime and a range of benefits including meals provided on shift and discounts on overnight stays in London.

The ideal candidate will have a positive demeanour and attitude to solve problems, be able to lead by example and take initiative when necessary. They will also have good time management and supportive/team player qualities.
