About the Role

The PRI Association seeks a skilled Head of Asset Management to oversee all operational aspects of the Finance team. This role requires a Qualified Accountant with extensive experience in managing financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of process improvement and task automation with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. They will also have excellent people management skills and experience of leading a team.

The Head of Asset Management will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 3, overseeing and improving the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, and completing the monthly management accounts with detailed commentary.

  • Oversee and improve the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Processes
  • Complete the monthly management accounts with detailed commentary
  • Identify improvements to financial reporting process
  • Review Management Accounts for PRI Subsidiaries and manage consolidation
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems
  • Ensure financial integrity and document processes
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget

They will also have excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills and experience of building strong and productive relationships.
