Job Title: Business Analyst, Procurement and Supply Chain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Procurement and Supply Chain team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our procurement function and all systems in processes in line with Procurement and Supply Chain Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of Key Trends and Issues: Conduct in-depth analysis of key trends and issues in Procurement and Supply Chain to identify areas for improvement.
  • Trend and Performance Analysis: Analyze key data and performance indicators for the Procurement and Supply Chain team to facilitate proactive performance management.
  • Bills of Materials Reports: Manipulate and prepare Bills of Materials reports to ensure robust cost target and achievement tracking for Product Lifecycle activities.
  • Procurement System Readiness: Provide data and analysis to support Procurement system readiness for Product Lifecycle activities and throughout the product lifecycle management processes.
  • Change Agent: Act as a change agent in completing process continuous improvement projects within the Procurement and Supply Chain team.
  • Process Development: Support the development of the function and all systems in processes in line with the Procurement and Supply Chain Roadmap.
  • Process Delivery: Handle the delivery of process development activities within the function.
  • Governance Systems: Assist in the development of and supervise the efficiency of appropriate governance systems within Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Senior Management Reviews: Prepare detailed briefs and reports for Senior Management reviews, including potential issues/risks and recommendations.
  • Functional Training: Provide functional training on analyzing data (as required) to the department.
  • Process Improvement: Provide analytical expertise and support regarding the development and improvement of processes, tools, and templates.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Suitable qualification in business, finance, or relevant supply chain discipline (or validated experience in an analytical role).
  • Commercial Savvy: Commercial savvy and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Team Building and Communication Skills: Good team building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Cost Make-up and Pricing: Good knowledge of cost make-up and pricing.
  • SAP Experience: Knowledge and experience of SAP (preferably Materials Management or Finance).
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to operate within a European cultural framework.
  • Project Management Skills: Good Project Management skills.
  • Risk Management: Awareness of Risk Management.
  • Planning and Organization Skills: Highly developed planning and organization skills.
  • Business Improvement Analysis: Experience of analyzing business improvements.
  • Data Analytical Software: Familiarization of data analytical software packages (i.e. Power BI, Google Analytics, Dataiku etc.).
