Join Our Team as a Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to become a vital part of our Business Change team. This role is centered around examining business systems and workflows to uncover enhancement opportunities, while also assisting management in leveraging IT for organizational advantages. TLT LLP is on a growth trajectory and is engaged in a series of initiatives aimed at transforming operational processes within a fast-paced setting.

Our Programme Management Office (PMO) is staffed with business analysts and project managers who oversee intricate projects. Business Analysts work closely with diverse teams on these projects and support project managers in achieving successful results.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:

  • Formulating comprehensive business cases and assisting in project planning and resource allocation to realize business objectives.
  • Delivering effective business analysis outputs across various frameworks and environments.
  • Identifying and documenting business needs through a range of analytical methods.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate information and requirements.
  • Serving as a bridge between business divisions, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Developing test scripts, plans, and scenarios based on defined requirements.
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing.
  • Supporting project managers and team members in producing high-quality business analysis deliverables.
  • Proactively assisting in project management activities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies, along with a background in drafting IT specifications and direct engagement with end users, is essential.
