About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Delivery team at 15below Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in project delivery and commercial proposal stages, ensuring seamless transitions and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain expert knowledge of 15below platform functionality and new developments
  • Understand customer business needs and processes
  • Lead client workshops and internal Product analysis and definition
  • Validate requirements for client projects and internal Product projects
  • Create documentation to support commercial and delivery processes
  • Collaborate with 15below Commercial and Delivery teams to manage multiple projects
  • Identify and implement process improvements within 15below
Requirements
  • Experience in customer software/IT solution business analysis
  • Travel industry background with knowledge of airline commercial systems
  • Ability to lead discussions with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Functional/technical understanding of software applications
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
