Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator.
This role will provide temporary administrative support to our Director for Climate and Infrastructure, working 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in our Mayfair office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate contact lists in Salesforce.
- Utilize Salesforce to file meeting notes and create/update tasks as required.
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills and personal efficiency are essential.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary for efficient task completion.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a membership organization for businesses seeking infrastructure contacts globally.
Working Arrangements:
3 days a week: Tuesday - Thursday - office based - Mayfair
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
