About the JobThis is a challenging role that requires a skilled professional to lead our production team, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and making data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern manufacturing practices, with experience in implementing process improvements and driving efficiency gains. They will be able to develop and implement key performance indicators, monitor production performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site operations team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Monitor and manage production costs, labor expenses, and inventory levels
- Liaise with the sales director to ensure customer orders are met
