**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Leadership Role candidate to join our team in Sudbury, Suffolk. As a senior production supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, driving process improvements, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, with experience in leading teams and driving process improvements. You will be responsible for optimizing production capacity, reducing costs, and improving product quality.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high-quality results
- Analyze data to optimize production capacity and reduce costs
- Implement process improvements and drive change management initiatives
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement training programs for production staff
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a GMP environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software
