Job Description

This role involves leading and managing a team of manufacturing operators to produce high-quality products. You will be responsible for ensuring that production meets customer requirements, is safe, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a GMP manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Manage Manufacturing Team: Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing operators to achieve production goals.">
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that production meets quality and safety standards, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.">
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.">
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment statements, policies, and procedures.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of GMP regulations. You will also have experience with Microsoft Office packages and a flexible approach to work.

We offer a competitive salary of estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and health insurance.
