Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance on employment law and employee relations procedures
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and supporting the hiring process
* Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees
* Review and maintain employment records to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Support management with disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions

Requirements:

* Extensive knowledge of employment law and employee relations procedures
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current driving license

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £32,000 to £38,000 per annum
* Employee pension scheme (6% employer contribution)
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
