Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Dunbar, East Lothian area. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and support
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current active NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a care home setting, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
