We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in Dunbar, East Lothian. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our specialist dementia care teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to provide exceptional care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of each resident are met
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Oversee medication management, adhering to company policies and legislation
- Make informed decisions, utilizing clinical expertise and judgment
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient in using IT systems and communication tools required for the role
- Compassionate and respectful approach, with a focus on resident-centered care
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
- Competitive hourly rate of £21.00, with an annual salary up to £48,048
