Role Overview
The SEN Teaching Assistant role at Teach Now is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support in managing their challenging behaviours. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 and small group support to students, assisting the class teacher in implementing behaviour management strategies, and working closely with the SENCO to develop and deliver individual learning plans.

Requirements
- Experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEN, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
