Facilities Manager

Job Summary:
A highly skilled Facilities Manager is required to oversee the delivery of multiple projects across various sectors in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing labor, materials, and plant to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience working as a Project Manager on refurbishment and new build projects up to £500k, with a strong understanding of M&E and fabric disciplines. You will possess excellent communication and programming skills, with the ability to produce quotes and manage subcontractors. IOSH or equivalent H+S training is essential, along with a working knowledge of CDM regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attending sites across the region to undertake scope of works and produce quotes for projects
* Managing several projects from start to finish, including organizing labor, materials, and plant
* Overseeing health and safety and producing risk assessments
* Maintaining accurate records to meet internal and external requirements
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
