Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SF Recruitment (Leicester). This is a permanent day shift role that requires candidates with a mechanical or electrical bias.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance work, responding to equipment faults, ensuring automation operates efficiently, and diagnosing faults on machinery. They will also facilitate installations of new machinery and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
  • Ensure all automation within the business operates efficiently and effectively by carrying out regular inspections and diagnosing faults on machinery
  • Overcome unplanned problems and where possible carry out repairs
  • Facilitate installations of new machinery and automation projects

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have 3 years+ experience in a maintenance engineering role, access to your own transport due to the rural location, and good communication skills with the ability to read documentation. You will work Monday - Friday with a 42.5 hour week, flexible day shifts.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
