Job Description:

We seek an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist for our team, who will work closely with adults diagnosed with ADHD, providing expert care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with ADHD
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Prescribe medication as authorized by your registration
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress

Requirements:

  1. Registration with NMC or HCPC without restriction
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience working with adults with ADHD
  3. Proven expertise in independent prescribing
