Job Description:
We seek an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist for our team, who will work closely with adults diagnosed with ADHD, providing expert care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with ADHD
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Prescribe medication as authorized by your registration
- Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress
Requirements:
- Registration with NMC or HCPC without restriction
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with adults with ADHD
- Proven expertise in independent prescribing
