"Partner with key stakeholders to support on ER related concerns within a defined geography to deliver great outcomes and bring matters to a resolution. Provide timely, practical, and proactive employee relations support and advice to the UK Retail Management teams. Be a trusted advisor, subject matter expert and coach managers on all ER matters so we are best able to support our colleagues and the business. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation to ensure all actions and support are compliant and in line with the business goals. The purpose of your role is to provide employee relations support and advice to the UK Retail Management teams, specifically to the ER Advisor role. Proactively keep up to date with all legislative changes which may impact the business and be proactive in implementing these changes. Support on the management of any Employment Tribunals and Acas Early Conciliation claims. Support on the management of any Organisational Design or change management to ensure we are compliant and provide great support to our colleagues. Be a collaborative partner, demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to push back with professionalism. Be a great communicator (both written and oral) with the ability to coach and influence and support, having the respect of our Retail teams.
